Orkhan Huseynzadeh was the president of Neftchi PFC in 2017-2018.

In 1992-2001 he worked in the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2004, he worked as a senior specialist in the AFFA International Relations Department. In 2004-2005 he was the General Director of FC "Olympic", and in 2006-2007 he was the Vice-President of FC "Standard". From 2007 to 2011, he was the Director of AFFA's International Relations Department.
