Neftchi has formalized the transfer of the next striker. Brazilian Thiago Bezerra has signed a one-year contract. The 34-year-old footballer will wear the number 9 jersey in our team.

Thiago Bezerra's Belgium's La Luvier (2005-2006), Brazil's Gama (2008), Ituano (2012, 2013), CRB (2012), Turkey's Altay (2008-2010), Karsiyaka (2010) -2011), Adanaspor (2013-2015), Adana Demirspor (2016, 2017), Kuwait's Al-Arabi (2015), Saudi Arabia's Al-Qadisiya (2016-2017), Uzbekistan's Pakhtakor (2017-2018), played for Qatar's Al-Khor (2019-2020) and Al-Sailiya (2020-2021).

Bezerra was the best player and top scorer in the Kuwait Federation Cup in the 2015/2016 season, and in 2018 the best player in the Uzbek Super League.

Earlier, Neftchi transferred midfielders Cesar Meza Colli, Harramiz Suarez, Khayal Najafov, defenders Roman Basque, Hugo Basto and striker Ramon Machado.
