"Neftchi" officially has made its first transfer.  A two-year contract was signed with Israeli player Ataa Jaber. The 27-year-old midfielder will wear the number 23 jersey in our team.

Also, need mention that Jaber was a member of the Israeli U-21 national team in 2015-2016 with playing for the Israeli clubs as "Maccabi" (Haifa, 2012-2017), "Bnei Sakhnin" (2015, 2017-2021) and "Ashdod" (2021-2022). The 27-year-old player won the Israeli Cup as member of Maccabi in 2016.
