"Neftchi" Football Academy has a new appointment. Turkish Cemal Bulbul has been appointed as the director of the academy. A two-year contract was signed with the 35-year-old specialist.

It should be noted that Cemal Bulbul worked as an intern under the head coach of the "Karşıyaka" (2009-2010) and "Vestel Manisa" (2011-2012) clubs and became an analyst and performance coach at the "Altınordu" academy (2013-2017), and the director (2017-2020) of the "Göztepe" academy and worked match and performance analyst and scouting department (2020-2022) of this club. He has been working as a match and performance analyst, match analyst and scouting trainer at the Turkish Football Federation. He has an UEFA "A" category coaching license.
