Neftchi has transferred another player. A two-year contract has been signed with Moroccan-born Belgian midfielder Sabir Bugrin. The 24-year-old will wear the number 29 jersey.
Sabir Bugrin played for Belgian club Lyers (2014-2018; 82 games, 3 goals), French club Paris (2018-2019; 4 games) and Luxembourg's Dudelange (2019-2020; 20 games, 2 goals).
It should be noted that Neftchi had previously transferred Nigerian winger Yusuf Lawal.
