The current administrative building of PFC "Neftchi" is located at 64, 8 November Avenue, Baku.

The complex, which consists of a three-storey and auxiliary building, has all the conditions for the club's staff to live and eat, as well as offices for the staff. The team also has a training ground in the area.

In addition, there is an indoor gym, sauna and changing rooms inside the complex. On the first floor of the three-storey building there is a medical center for football players.

This base of the team will cease to operate after the construction of the training complex in Bakikhanov settlement is completed and put into operation.
