A selection department has been established at Neftchi PFC. According to the decision of the management, this department, along with the main team, will work to find and identify talented players for the lower age groups, as well as to more effectively form teams. Veteran footballers Igor Getman and Vadar Nuriyev are in the selection department.

It should be noted that Getman and Nuriyev worked as assistant coaches in the main team of "Neftchi" until November last year.
