European Club Association (ECA) “Club Talent and Mentoring Program – 2nd Edition” (CTMP2) was held in Lisbon, capital of Portugal. Aykhan Hajizada - Commercial Specialist from “Neftçi” PFK was invited to attend at sessions held at Nova School of Business and Economics during 17-21 July. Main topics discussed included club leaders’ observations, club strategy, conflict management, crisis communications, management, leadership, personal effectiveness, and strategic thinking.

In addition, during excursion at Estadio da Luz, there was lecture on SL Benfica’s Football and Business strategy with the participation of Director General Campus SL Benfica - Pedro Mil Homens and participants had lecture on Football Strategy and High Performance of Brighton & Hove Albion FC by club’s CEO & Director – Paul Mullen.

It should be noted that our Commercial Specialist – Aykhan Hajizada, will study for one year under the “Club Talent and Mentoring Program – 2nd Edition”.
