Appointments of the 1st tour of Misli Premier League have been announced. The referee of the "Shamakhi" - "Neftchi" match will be Kamal Umudlu. He will be assisted by Kamran Bayramov and Muslum Aliyev. Rauf Allahverdiyev will be the fourth official.
