Appointments of the 4st tour of Misli Premier League have been announced. The referee of the “Neftçi” – “Zira” match will be Elchin Masiyev. He will be assisted by Elshad Abdullayev and Parvin Talibov. Rauf Allahverdiyev will be the fourth official. Referee Observer is Babak Guliyev, AFFA delegate is Aslan Shahgaldiyev, and VAR referee is Kamal Umudlu and will be assisted by Namig Huseynov.
