Appointments of the 11st tour of Premier League have been announced. Referee of “Neftçi” – “Sabah” match will be Kamal Umudlu. He will be assisted by Rahman Imami and Vusal Mammadov. Tural Gurbanov will be the fourth official. Referee Observer is Anar Salmanov, AFFA delegate is Erkin Huseynov, and VAR referee is Nijat Ismayilli and will be assisted by Eyyub Ibrahimov.
