Traditional "Victory" tournament organized by AFFA for the 3rd time has started. “Neftçi” participated in the competition in which clubs competing in the Premier League, as well as teams consisting of AFFA and PFL employees, competed from the 1/4 finals. Our team defeated "Gabala" which won AFFA in the qualifying round with 1:0 score. Eldaniz Mammadov - coach of “Neftçi” Football Academy scored the victory goal.

“Neftçi” will play with "Turan Tovuz" at semifinal tomorrow. Final and 3rd place matches will be held on November 3.

It should be noted that the main goal of the tournament is to celebrate the victory won in the 44-day Patriotic War together with football veterans and club representatives, and organize their leisure time more effectively.
