Appointments of the 21st tour of Premier League have been announced. Referee of “Neftçi” – “Sumgayit” match will be Elchin Masiyev. He will be assisted by Rahman Imami and Vusal Mammadov. Sabuhi Bayramov will be the fourth official. Referee Observer is Feyzulla Feyzullayev, AFFA delegate is Asgar Amiraliyev, and VAR referee is Aliyar Aghayev and will be assisted by Ravan Hamzazada.
