Final match of mini-football tournament between oil-gas and petrochemical enterprises organized by SOCAR and supported by AFFA, Neftçi PFC and Neftçi SC PU as part of “Heydar Aliyev Year” was held on April 29, 2023.

At the event, which began with the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the dear memory of our martyrs who died heroically for the territorial integrity of our country was commemorated with a minute of silence.

Within the framework of the event, a video about the mini-football tournament was shown, and then the final match of the tournament started.

In the final match held at the Baku Tennis Academy, "SOCAR Downstream Management" LLC and "Surakhani Oil" Operating Company played. Match ended with the victory of "SOCAR Downstream Management" LLC team with a score of 5:4.

In the end, awarding ceremony of the winners was held. According to the results of the match for the third place and the final match, "BOS Shelf" LLC took the 3rd place in the tournament, "Surakhani Oil" Operating Company took the 2nd place, and "SOCAR Downstream Management" LLC took the 1st place. The teams were awarded prizes, diplomas and medals, as well as prizes and diplomas for the most goalscorer player, best player and best goalkeeper of the tournament.

Prizes were presented to the winners by Vice-President of SOCAR - Khalik Aliyev, and players of “Neftçi” Professional Football Cub - Emin Mahmudov, Azer Salahli, Agil Mammadov, Kenny Saief and Keelan Lebon.
