Preparation plan of “Neftçi” for new season has been determined. “White-blacks” will hold first stage of training session from June 21 till 28 in Baku. On the first 3 days of this stage, which will be dedicated to physical training, players will join training after passing a medical examination in our health sponsor “Liv Bona Dea Hospital”.

Second stage of training session will take place in Russia from June 29 till July 19. Flagman will participate in traditional “Match TV Cup”, which will be organized in St. Petersburg from July 1 to 15. As part of tournament, “Neftçi” will play against Russia's “Zenit” will play on July 1 at 20:30 Baku time, Serbia's “Crvena Zvezda” on July 8 at 20:30, and Turkey's “Fenerbahce” on July 15 at 15:00. Match against “Zenit” will be held at “Gazprom Arena”, and our other two matches will be held at “Smena” stadium.

After the tournament, “Neftçi” will go to the capital of Russia and play a friendly match with “Spartak Moscow”. This match will be hold on July 18 at “Otkrıtiye Bank Arena”. Our team will return to Baku on July 19 and continue its training in the capital.

It should be noted that “Neftçi” will participate in UEFA Europa Conference League in the new season. Our team will join the continental competition from the II qualifying round. Matches of this round will be held on July 27 and August 3. Opponent will be determined in the drawing ceremony to be held on June 21.
