Appointments of 2nd Qualifying Round of UEFA Europa Conference League matches “Neftçi” will play against “Željezničar” (Bosnia and Herzegovina) have been announced. First leg match will be refereed by Estonian referee staff in Stadion Grbavica on July 27 at 23:00 Baku time. Referee will be Juri Frischer, he will be assisted by Veiko Mõtsnik and Sander Saga. Fourth official will be Kevin Gaivoja.

Hungarian referees have been appointed for the second leg match on August 3 at 21:00 in 8th KM Stadium. Balázs Berke will be assisted by Balázs Buzás and Balázs Szert. Fourth official will be Bence Csonka.
