President of “Neftçi” PFC - Kamran Guliyev congratulated veteran player, former head coach of “Neftçi-2” Mahmud Gurbanov on his 50th anniversary. Head of the club, who conveyed his best wishes to the jubilee, presented him with a commemorative gift.

It should be noted that during 1996-1997, 2004-2005, Mahmud Gurbanov played 72 matches and scored 6 goals for “Neftçi”. Former player nicknamed "Professor" won the Azerbaijan League (1997, 2004, 2005) and Cup (2004) with “Neftçi”, coached “Neftçi-2” in 2018-2022 and won the I Division with our reserve team in the 2020/21 season.
